I am a New Zealander and have been living in London for the last six years and have since discovered a passion for the World Wide Web and all it has to offer. For the last 3 years I have been working at Visit London as Affiliate Executive which is where I began working in the web environment. My main roles were to manage the affiliate accounts, produce revenue and web traffic analysis reports, manage online advertising and maintain the special offers section on the site. During my time at Visit London I attended a Web Design course at Bickenhall College of Computing and attended the Business and Technical courses at WebTrends for analytics and measurement, which has given me a good grounding in usability and accessibilty. I have a good understanding of X/HTML and CSS and small amounts of Javascript and PHP.
On this site you will find a growing collection of my work which will hopefully show my progression and knowledge gain as time goes on. I have recently designed and built two sites and am currently working on a new dance music website for London - watch this space!
I have also been DJing for 16 years and have released 2 mix CD compilations in NZ on Huh! and Freq Records. I operate a home project studio based around an Apple Mac G5 running Logic Pro 7 and various midi hardware synthesizers, drum machines, sound modules, effect units and processors.
